I’m at a loss for words regarding the loyalty program set in place for active players. After depositing a total of $1000 in the first week of December, I’ve been asking support for an exception bonus. It’s now a full month of deposits totaling $3087 (no withdrawals), the response remains, “I’m sure you’ll receive an exception bonus soon, for now check out the deposit bonus in your rewards section”. The only bonuses offered here are ones that lock up your deposited funds to an exorbitant rollover.

It’s against terms of use to post agent chats, but this was the verbatim correspondence with the agent that “helped” me today.

While we understand your frustration with not being able to receive a bonus given your financial history with us, CS can only extend an offer to you when available. In some cases, the best offer may be one currently on your rewards tab (which you aren’t obligated to redeem). I do see that you recently joined and have been playing a wide variety of our slots. You may want to consider researching games that have a high RTP or even considering games that have a bonus buy feature. Alkemor’s Elements is a newly added game with this feature and cool graphics. You can feel free to try it out in practice mode to see if it might peak your interest. I hope that you’ll be able to find some luck.

Dude, I’ve earned over 8 million perk points and deposited well over $100,000. To date I’m sitting at about . 5% of total losses returned via free bonuses from Cafe casino. The RTP on losses is absolutely disgusting and cafe casino really needs to step up their game and do something to fix their broken system when it comes to taking care of their “valued” players

I hear you man. This is the casino I spend the least amount of money on (I’m only 3/4 past level 5) and a big part of that is because I have never once gotten a free chip after asking from time to time. There seems to be 0 player appreciation with this particular casino.
