So I got an email today saying Cafe Casino has an exclusive bonus available for me, and when I clicked to claim the offer the bonus was non existent. I then asked customer support about it in live chat and they said that I have no bonus or it’s speaking of the weekly mystery perk. Well first off the weekly mystery bonus is not exclusive and also changes on Thursdays and not Monday like the email states. Then they continued to tell me that they didn’t even send an email, labeling me a liar I guess. When it clearly showed that I received this email today around 4 PM. I then foolishly asked the most tight casino around about still getting a bonus and ofcourse they swiftly denied that. The second representative was incredibly disrespectful and ended chat for the most idiotic reason making me realize more and more how fake they are behind the questions of how my weekend is going and so happy to help me… what a joke.
Ya I hate those emails. I get them to every week. They are absolutely pointless and useless and just serve as an irritation.

My apologies for you being misunderstood, it shows that we sent you the email yesterday. Upon investigation, the bonus that is in the account available to be redeemed appears to be the bonus in question.
