Rewards store gone?

something weird is happening maybe its just me who knows. Yesterday the rewards store or tab had some things under it which i can convert my points to. Now when i toggle to the tab it’s empty. Hmmm … why is that? is it closed due to the holiday?

kind of sucks there’s nothing i can pick and choose from. so disappointing and nothing for thanksgiving such as rewards or something? c’mon now Cafe Casino… where is the love?

It maybe that they expired, or have been removed ready for new offers to be added.

Have the same issue. Nothing on there at the moment as well. They’re on there every week. Hopefully they’ll get updated this week. Can you look into this @moderators

Please try clearing your cache and then restarting the browser. Also try to use Wi-Fi instead of cellphone data if you are using it.

@Zaiyid Have tried that as well but still having the issue. Nothing is showing under the rewards store

I’ve also tried going to the perks store to redeem my points for the offers that are usually there but they Haven’t been there in two days. I’ve tried asking customer service, but they clearly don’t know what’s going on either. The first agent, I talked to said there must’ve been a connection problem on my end and the second agent I talk to misunderstood me and redeem my points for me, which wasn’t the problem.

so it seems its site wide… i haven’t seen anything come up on the rewards tab and i know for sure it’s not on the players side since we seem to be having the same issues.

It does appear that the Perks Store is not available.
