At least they could update their status of what progress they have made. But no updates by them. That only means one thing they don;t know what they’re doing,

okay so i tried a small deposit ($5) and it credited it fairly quick. on sister site that is. but I’m still pretty upset that my $150 deposit is not showing up still.

and the $30 on CC from yesterday still not showing up either.

So this only affected the ones during a certain time period i guess?! still not a reason to have chat support off and emails as well.

I just deposited 90$ with bitcoin and it went thru and showed in my account. As for the 100$ i deposited last night is still MIA.

I want serious compensation for this! I deposited $400 five hours after the issue was noticed!!

I dont understand why you let people still have the option to deposit almost five hours after it first occured!?

Our team has confirmed that new deposits are now processing correctly, and there should no issues.

The issue is still ongoing, so deposits made last night are still pending until it’s resolved.

Im talking about last night when the issued first occurred and when i deposited some four hours later I was still effected by it because you didnt shut down the marketplace!

Unfortunately we have no information regarding either at this time, certain things are now back up and running but there is still quite a lot for the team to do.
With regard to any compensation, that will likely be communicated via player messages when we are back up and running.

Honestly it feels like if they already have your money, you matter the least.

They probably started noticing about mid day Sunday but it was intermittent so they kept it open until the failure rate 80% when they knew they had an issue. The operations manager opens a bridge to get all the devs and engineers on the line to triage. The first set of engineers couldn’t isolate the issue so they killed the support line because the failure rate was going infuriate players. They probably get the first set of logs about two or three but are still not able to make a call because it’s intermittent.

By ten last night they began considering what they could do to get the transaction software at least stable. They probably updated the firmware on every virtual host and rebooted them 1 by 1.

By 3am they have handed it over to a new set of engineers and prolly an on call architect and they began looking at how many transactions got eaten. The game devs (Rival, et al) have probably been escalating to them because there is no money coming in so the priority becomes getting the deposit system back online.

By 7am, they know some limited transactions are working and they begin looking at recovering the missing deposits. By noon today they still have some people monitoring and probably 2 people working on the missing deposits. Then someone doesn’t want to pay for the engineer, so they send one home.

By 10pm our time, they are satisfied with getting everything back. Everyone on the bridge congratulating themselves and each other. Just as they’re about to hang up, someone says “What about the missing deposits??” and the bridge erupt with laughter.

Customer Services should now be live everyone, they will likely be very busy but you should be able to contact them if you have any pressing concerns.

Yea i have a pressing concern, my deposit is still not coming through and the chat is still not working. Show me the money and please compensate me ive been waiting since sunday night ay 7:30 pm!!!

Customer Services is live now, although they will likely advise you to wait on your deposit as they will not be able to push that through I’m afraid.
