Well everyone i got through to chat and u know what they told me they told me they didnt recieve my deposit even though i sent them 5 screenshots of confirmation 186 comfirmations i sent them the mempool page showing this the cash app screenshots showing it was sent to the address rhsy provided me and they said they have no record of it on their end. Then they woudnt let me speak to a supervisor. They straight up just disconnected me. How is this ok with so much proof how can they do this. I contacted cash app and they said they cannot reverse bitcoin sends the agent would not helo me he wad short and i mentioned the site having issues he did not say anything about the issues all he did was keep saying no record of it what do i do now i juat am out my money ? This is insanity

Unfortunately this is not something we are able to do, we do not deal with payments. You can speak to Customer Services to see if they are able to help but they will not be able to send to a cashapp account.

I’m not trying to be a jerk or cause any issues but from reading almost every post on here Café casino New there was something wrong with the system. Can I ask why a supervisor or an administrative individual didn’t immediately, and I mean immediately shut down any and all Acceptable transactions for every customer. That would have saved you guys such a headache and so many emails and so much work. Customer support is still not live, and I cannot find a number to save my life to request a refund. This is becoming very concerning.

Frankly I don’t see what the issue is. For crypto it’s all verified by blockchain so they can see that they got the money from us. How hard is it to take the amount received and credit it to the account. It’s not like they need Quincy in here to do it

I just texted support they gave me a 20$ bonus not even half of what I deposited I let them know it wasn’t even half of what I deposited they told me that’s all they can do for now! Stake.us is a way better site anyways with way better payouts!

This is theft!!! It has been over 48 hours that they have held my 2 deposits. I am beyond frustrated!!
