How is it I deposit using the mystery bonus and I never receive anything when Thursday comes around like y’all say I should.

@Inflight05 I believe it’s not offered weekly. It’s a mystery bonus can be added any week.
I also did not receive the WEEKLY mystery bonus smh

You redeemed it on the 5th.
It shouldn’t matter if it was redeemed on the 5th…This is a weekly promotion, which means on the 7th we should have received new mystery bonuses in our inbox. Literally says this on the website. Weekly means weekly. Every Thursday means every Thursday. Why do y’all make this so complicated? I reach out to support I’m not eligible for a bonus because they say I have bonuses available to be redeemed aka my mystery bonus but it’s not visible on my account. They said wait 24-48 hours it’s now been longer than that. Here is a screenshot of this promotion since it’s apparently hard to grasp the concept of this promotion which is crazy to me considering it’s not a new promotion smh. “One thing is certain, a NEW bonus will land in your cafe casino perks dashboard EVERY Thursday” so any word when these are going to finally be available?

How do you not know that everybody on the site isn’t receiving. Agent told me the mystery bonus is not being offered anymore. Absolute joke

If they do confirm this bonus has been removed we will advise players, but I’m certainly not aware if it has been.
