This is very frustrating. Made my deposite last night and it still hasnt gone thru. I hope there is some compensation when this get worked out.

Who cares about future transactions? Our deposits have already been sent to you and we are waiting for those. You guys should give anyone whose deposit was not credited for 5+ hours 100,000 perk points. Especially as the support line was also down.

The pending deposits still haven’t arrived
Mine havent either. Ive msde several deposits well over 16hrs hours ago without anything and still chat is unavailable and says will be back “shortly”. Hell shortly has turned into nearly 24hrs now. This is unacceptable. Beyond frustrated when deposits have been confirmed on the blockchain.
Any new deposits that are processed will be posted once they are fully confirmed. As for the earlier pending deposits, our team is currently working on them.

My deposit still hasn’t been credited to my account yet and i deposited last night at around 7pm so i was wondering if and when i could expect my deposit to go through and if i could be credited some free vip spins for all of this? this is becoming very concerning - the fact that in chat support /email is unavailable during something big where our deposits are affected is major. What really is going on there - that is taking this long and with just vague responses.
what bothers me is the fact that deposit functionality was even allowed, that’s the first thing that should’ve been disabled to prevent us from sending funds knowing it’s going to take so long or even risk it being lost in who knows what.

I have been waiting now for 26 hours for my deposits. Please release an INFORMATIVE update. What is exactly happening, WHEN EXACTLY to expect our money and WHAT EXACTLY are you guys planning to do as a whole to reassure that we can trust these platforms you guys run!?
I am assuming I speak for everyone missing money and deposits. “Our team is actively working on the issue and hope to get it resolved soon! Thanks for you understanding and patience!” Is no longer a sufficient or acceptable answer or solution!

This is unbelievable .when you say soon that means 12 hrs and still be back soon.
I’ve never seen anything like this before. I’m starting to think our funds are lost… really not trying to be a negative person but this is really really crazy to go this long with no real answer
i don’t know how this will be resolved considering there are people still depositing, transactions are just adding on to their list im assuming. What a big mess this is!
On their sister site there’s a banner that says 'We apologize for the delay some players are experiencing with their transactions. We are working hard to resolve the situation and are also working to restore player support services. We assure you that your funds are secure. Current deposits and withdrawal processing times are not subject to the same delay."
What’s that mean that current deposits and withdrawals are not subject to the same delay? that tells me those won’t be affected right? and at what point are transaction not affected? i know its from their sister site but I’m assuming they all have the same issues, safe to say.
Ive been on this site for about 7 years , i recall something like this happening about 3 years ago, all i can remember that we were well compensated in the end.

any update?? its been 24 hrs since i deposited! 
I used matchpay but also havent gotten a single bonus on $300ish deposit….i am thinking bobus feature has been turned off lol
hopefully!! they been very stingy
