I wagered over 7000 so why did I only receive the 75 free spins for wagering 500?!

They said the promotion was random but everyone I know that I introduced to this website received both promotions, doesn’t seem random when you send out emails saying people who wager over 1000 and 500 qualify, the email never says anything about being specially or randomly selected to qualify to participate. To put it in a nutshell for you, email promotions are generally account specific.
This means that while player A would receive a certain promotion or offer, player B may not, or may get a different variation of the offer.
This could be down to things such as deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay etc.
It is however pretty standard among casino’s, and you may find that you get something that you friends do not in the future.
