It’s weekly Walter. They get loaded every Thursday. The promotion is weekly mystery bonus. Can you escalate this to the marketing team for me?

Why is it not a guarantee when the promotion literally says guaranteed? The mystery isn’t if someone gets a bonus or not, it’s a mystery bonus because the bonus changes every week. And it’s redeemable 5x every week.
And I also didn’t get my mystery deposit bonus either.
