not for me. I’ve deposited over $30 three weeks in a row and haven’t been able to use the wheel once! never spun it even one time. talked to chat agents for hours. they finally tell me I’m not a part of the program and cannot receive spins. now today a mod tells me the chat agent was wrong and my wheel should work. so god damn confusing. am I a part of the promo or not? I guess I will never know

I would truly love to know what you mean by fun and consistent. At the moment wins are capped at $1 per spin and then subjected to a 40x rollover. So far the max I’ve won is 10 spins (which didn’t hit anything as I’ve found is usually the case). Even if I had won the maximum there of $10, I would have had to play through $400 worth of slots off that $10 to be worth anything (so slim to none odds) vs the old 25 free spins were at least direct payout and then the 15000 rewards points could be redeemed directly for a low roll-over bonus. I truly can’t see any way that this is anything other than deliberately making the crypto-exclusive bonuses less valuable.

I agree with you, it did become fun and consistent for awhile but unfortunately that was short lived. Lately, it’s been an inconsistent nightmare and anything but fun.

I’ve hit 50 spins several times, 100 once, 1 and 5 a few times, NEVER 0 spins, and after I spend all my deposit it definitely gives me something to look forward to throughout the week!
So I would have to agree with you on this one. It’s unfortunate that not everyone is having the same experience.
I hope the ones that are having problems get it worked out because I know how frustrating it can be because those little perks and points and spins give us something to look forward to when that’s all we have to look forward to until our next deposit
