Yes. This is an absolute joke! 777 is also the WORST slot to award Free Spins because it pays so sporadically. There have been occasions I have spun more than 40 times in a row with nothing. Then if you actually do win you need to do a 40x playthrough so the chance of actually collecting anything is basically zero!

Same here. I was ultimately told that the wheell was not available yet. Which is total BS. I also claimed free spins on a separate bonus that failed to show up in my account as well. Ive emailed and chatted with CS multiple times only to be ignored and blown off. This is the worst experience at a casino ive had in a long time.
