I’m aware. My point is every other bonus I’ve ever used that said Bitcoin, any crypto was OK except mBTC.

@jkaplan2014 using a tag @moderators does not notify us. Could you please clarify what do you mean “does not work”? You cant spina wheel? spins are not added to the account? Besides, please clear cache and cookies, or use another browser. It may help.
@jewell36 you can check all the deposits from the Transactions.
@Kazzmoplitan, just for the clarification, you managed to spin the wheel and the winning spins were not credited to the account, or you can’t spins the wheel at all?
I have not seen the wheel at all. I haven’t done any spins.

This was already escalated by CS for you.
Yes it was escalated almost 48 hours ago and nothing… the escalation team does not exist. Every time I’m told my issue is being escalated i never get a response and it never gets resolved

@Walter what in the world is going on with the bonuses/perks lately? you remove matchplay as a deposit option out of nowhere, come up with some insane 5x spin at $0.20 on who the heck knows what game, now we can’t get through to any person on chat. ALL for the exact same reasons: you aren’t adding our rewards in the alleged “automatic” timeframe of 24-48 hours. Im right here with you @jewell36, just painfully waiting for these to be added because there is no useful support to speak of at this point.

This new promotion the “daily prize wheel” is fantastic not . The first time I made my $30 deposit I didn’t get any spins this time I do get to spin , but I get one free spin that’s it that’s all I get for my BTC exclusive bonus one freaking spin, which of course amounted to $0.00 won! This is a joke!

I have deposited 3 times and it’s all been weeks apart still haven’t been able to spin the wheel . I have submitted 2 claims get the same email clear cache still done work come on guys !!! The wheel has been grey and stays grey I’m owed 3 spins !!!
