This shouldnât be there anymore. Prize wheel is a new benefit within crypto exclusive program. You can spin the prize wheel and win up to 1000 Free spins once a day.
well I definitely did not receive a message , notification or email about this new crypto perk, nor anything about a prize wheel being implemented⌠if I would have known free spins/bonus points are now removed, I would have just deposited on a âsister siteâ where I for sure still get free spins and points for my $30+ deposit

They arenât doing that anymore you can now deposit $30 and spin a wheel for free spins on 777 at .20 a piece STUPID PROMO it says you can spin everyday they make it sound like you deposit once and all 7 days you get to spin this wheel NO YOU HAVE TO DEPOSIT $30 every time to spin it I want my free spins and perks points back I got 5 whole dumb ass spins

Ironically, as of this week, Bovada has returned my free spins and bonus points. But in that situation, they AT LEAST took 2 seconds of their time to directly message me, in advance, that my perk structure would be altered. And when I clicked on their link to the crypto exclusive perks page it was accurate in reflecting what my crypto bonus is.
But here on Cafe, as of this very moment, my crypto perks page STILL shows free spins and bonus points. And for all the thousands upon thousands that Iâve spent here, this is completely bogus and the moderators/CS team should provide something⌠anything, really⌠to comp for the inconvenience. But we all know they wonât because itâs under indefinite âreviewâ.
And Iâm honestly question if their marketing team even exists at this point because the rollout of this new perk thing is laughable, if not outright incompetent.
Someone here needs to realize that online casinos/sportsbooks are being legalized in a lot of states and I know with state-regulated online casinos, Iâm 100% getting whatâs being advertised because we have whole gaming commissions dedicated to fighting malfeasance on behalf of shady casinos. Oh, and thereâs that whole thing where its not magically the same dozen or so people rapidly winning ALL of the huge jackpots, multiple times per week/day/month.

You are absolutely positively 100% correct. Your current listed benefits should still be honored. Only upon proper notice as listed in the player guarantee should something be altered

I also havenât received my spins and points but they are still listed as my exclusive rewards. I tried to chat with cs and they told me to try the wheel but i didnât have a spin there either. Id rather have the points and 25 spins, i thought that was the deal.
