Note that simply compensating something does not fix the actual issue. This has been escalated so the marketing team can review and hopefully address what is actually wrong.
That means the player should be compensated because they havenât done anything wrong and the issues are on the company end. The player simply wants what is advertised. Shouldnât have to wait for internal company matters

Itâs an exciting and attractive promotion. This group of casinos is fine on their own, until they advertise new promotions. Slots lv ask for survey info and promise $5 in exchange- nothing. Ignition invites you to play a poker tournament, stating if you donât finish in the money, you get 50 free spins, then through ambiguous wording, loopholes to only one set of 50 spins and doesnât grant them for weeks, cafe introduces the wheel and weâve never seen it. Never mind when American Jet Set shut down hotdrop jackpots for days, glitching with everyoneâs wagers.
My advice to the group would be to stop advertising promotions and pleasantly surprise account holders with them. This way if it doesnât work their customers arenât pissed, and if it does, theyâre grateful.

Well, I donât know what is going on here. I accessed the bonus wheel a couple of times but should have been able to do it up to this Tuesday or Wednesday. Chat was nice enough to give me $10 for the problem but I still canât get on the wheel.

So according to my recent conversation with a supervisor the wheel is not good for seven days as stated, itâs good from Monday to Sunday not Wed to Tuesday or Friday to Thursday. Monday to Sunday and it resets Monday. This is the new Cafe calendar brought to you by the scribes at Cafe Casino. So donât expect to deposit on Wed and have prize spins till Tuesday.

Iâm a bit confused here as youâve stated itâs not good for 7 days, but that itâs good from Monday to Sunday which is indeed 7 days. This is always the timeframe that thereâs been for the crypto lock program.

I just want to remind Cafe Casino that this is a gambling site. People are here to have fun. No one is trying to scam or cheat this casino out of free play or extra perks.
Itâs a shame that the people who run this site take themselves so seriously. I am very sorry that you lost money in the Bitcoin Bubble burst but that was your fault. Donât blame the players or punish them by denying them perks or free play. Your prize wheel is a poor excuse to cut back on the exclusive points and free play which you have been running for years. This is what the terms say. âAfter your $30 deposit you have access to the wheel for seven days,â I am not sure how that needs to be interpreted as Monday to Sunday? Perhaps on the planet Cafe Casino they interpret the calendar differently?
