I donāt know if this has already been addressed but instead of claiming my amazing one free spin, instead of those lousy 25 youād get before, I opted into saving them for later but I only have one spin. Where do the others go? Do you only get the one spin at a time? If so whatās the point in asking to spin now or later?

Definitely have to do something about the customer service taking so long. I donāt know whatās going on when they have to check, but literally should not take that long to just look and see Iāve waited more than 2 days and award me the weekly bonus. There is a chance of me going here the one to two minutes I donāt check the other screen that they disconnect me but they could be away from the screen for ever and come back and then in the chat. Nothing too crazy with this conversation but does anybody have this problem that you ask some thing and then they tell you to wait and then come back and tell you to wait and they do this game of cat and mouse about five times and if you donāt respond quick enough because they keep leaving and you go to check something if they donāt get a response within seconds, Iāve had them disconnect. Come on cafĆ© casino Iām on my last leg here giving you a chance. You already have cut everything down so much and my wins that I was receiving have been drastically reduced and sometimes the slots just really donāt want to give me anything. I just want consistency please

To keep it legit on my end. I have posted complaints and compliment to slots lv. Well this is not a compliment post thatās for sure. I have sent several e mails no response back. Tired of waiting for no one on 24/7 chat. Iāve tweeted but just got back something about going incognito. Tired of troubleshooting. Iāve been waiting 4 days. Even let go that I didnāt receive all my spins for my last deposit. Not even going to mention that every spin Iāve made has only landed on 1Ć spin. But none at all, well I guess in retrospect itās the same either way smdh. My advice donāt offer promotion if you canāt honor promotion.

Yes, Iāve had the same experience. The pinned message on the chat states the chat will be closed if you donāt respond within 20 minutes, however sometimes they donāt come on for 20 minutes if at all.
In addition, when they do come on , it often takes them a long while to respond to the inquiry. If they donāt end the chat for failure to respond immediately- far less than 20 minutes-, theyāll end it while Iām typing. Extremely frustrating.

CS has recently addressed this it seems.
This promotion is worthless. I had my āwheel issueā escalated over 48 hours now and still no spins. This happened every week so far then when I do finally get to spin, Iāve gotten one, $0.20 free spin each time. 1- $0.20 spin 3x in a row?? This is how you reward us and show your appreciation to us? Well itās doing the exact opposite. Iām at the point where Iām about ready to close my account because of this new crypto exclusive bonus joke.

Yall keep telling me that my account was updated to a new promotion. Right, yāall are saying that i updated it to the wheel thing. Thats wrong!!! No i didnāt!!! Ive not been on here or made any deposits that would qualify me for any rewards. Not one time, have i recieved any kind of perk. Therefore i didnāt know what the hell the perks were. So the other day , just a few days ago, the upgraded perks page kept coming up on its on so i decided to read it. i love free spins so i was like you know what im gna make a deposit here because it says if i deposit 30 bucks, press this upgrade button , then ill get 25 free spins plus some other stuff! Heck yeah!! So i made a qualified deposit. I give up. This is just unacceptable of them to do me this way. I see many other people on here that are still getting the 25 spins. @Tjack22 dont feel bad, if you dig a little into this topic, you will see that literally everyone using it only gets 1, spin. 1. I have gotten 1 spin for three days in a row now. You think that it is just bad luck. Come on now, i know no one actually believes that. It is 100 percent rigged, there is absolutely no way that it would constantly land on one spin for every single person spending it I think I seen one person on here that was able to get five spins a couple times this is a joke guys this used to be my favorite casino and the fact Iāve been treated so badly and I have never experienced anything like this on any online casino I just have no words to be honest nothing I just want yāall to see now that this is going nowhere donāt get your hopes up you might want to find somewhere else to play because they donāt care about us they donāt care about making us happy at all they care about taking our money and thatās it

I donāt want anyone to be too jealous, but I won $.10 today on this fabulous new promotion they have generously bestowed upon us. It was subject to a 40X rollover so I never had a chance anyway.

So I made a $32 Bitcoin deposit earlier this morning, played it through, go to spin the wheel and itās gray, wonāt let me spin. I waited a bit and still unavailable. When does the spin become available?

Iāve never gotten the wheel, even after depositing in 2 separate weeks. The issue has been āescalatedā and all cs can tell me is 24-48 hours, but typically at least 2 days. Itās been weeks. Iāve followed all of the recommended steps, in a row, and still nothing.
Idk where the darn wheel is supposed to be in the first place, as some folks say itās grey or they only get one free spin. As near as I can tell, CC promised me 14 spins of the wheel, for a chance to win 1,000 free spins each time. Does the above sound correct to anyone or am I misconstruing?
