So why am i not getting the wheel? After being a crypto exclusive member from almost day one and making qualifying deposits i was getting free spins and points. Then out of the blue you say im getting bonus wheel that never worked all i got was error codes…now after 3months of waiting for it to get fixed while cafe owed me 14weeks of spins i get a message saying i dont qualify for the bonus…WTF IS THIS SCAM BULLSHIT how can i not qaulify…please tell me and give me the bonus i paid for under the crypto exclusive rules…im beyound mad.

They played me I got 10 free spins on wheels and never issues to me tryna say I received the 5 spins which from a different day arguing with me after chatting with them didn’t bother compensate even screenshot as proof

This has been escalated to marketing to take a look at for you.

Any update on why I was told by customer service I was a part of the promo and they told me to deposit multiple time and I would get access to the wheel only to find out I’m not a part of the program and was lied to?

for the spin the wheel promotion this happened to me a month ago and now it’s happening again

seriously? I missed three weeks of spins. deposited more than $30 three weeks in a row and never got to spin the wheel once! can I please get some compensation

@moderators I need to know what is going to be done to get me my spins that weren’t credited to my account and for the spin I never got to use on my last day, there needs to be some sort of compensation for this happening on your end, whether it be free spins on a game or a feee bonus, you have to make it right I deposited the money to get the promotion which again didn’t give me the entire 7 days of spins THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED THAT MY ACCOUNT WASNT CREDITED AND MY LAST SPIN WASNT USED!!!



@Akiko007 which dates are you missing the spins for? Did you try troubleshooting steps already:

  • Please run a speed test (speedtest.net);
  • Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data);
  • Log out and log in again;
  • Try incognito browser;
  • Clear browsing data;
  • Try a different browser;
  • Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
  • Check the device if its in roaming mode.

Of course I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps, listen this happened to me the first time the promo was applied after my deposit and it took 4 weeks for someone to get back to me only to ask me the same question. Do you think it’s fair to make a qualifying deposit so you can get 7 days to spin the wheel and you don’t get spins credited to the account and only get 5 days of spins and not the 7 every time…. , chat agents marketing dept. and customer service acknowledge there’s a consistent malfunction occurring however won’t offer something in place of the spins that never got credited or the spins you didn’t get to use on the last 2 days. All I get is a message saying they’re working on it!!! The next reply asking if the troubleshooting steps were done …… if I told chat I’ve done all that and in that chat it’s noted, when I’m asked to hold for 2-3 minutes while you review my account you should already know I’ve done all the things on my end and maybe you should be offering me something for the partial promotion I received, How about offering a $10 bonus for the reoccurring problem, or 25 spins on a slot you can win on or rewards points I can claim, so I don’t feel cheated, ripped off. I’ve been a player here for over a decade and I expect to be treated as a valued player, they already told me they are aware I wasn’t credited spins and I didn’t get all 7 days to spin - show you want to fix it and make it right!!!

Which dates are you missing the spins for?

The first day the spins weren’t credited on the 12th or 13th and the last day on the 20th of June and it happened the week before that deposit around the 6th and the week before that deposit at the end of may I’ve contacted chat each time it’s all documented and for each time no one has offered me anything for the spins I didn’t get to use

Omg I’m so sick of this canned reply, if he didn’t get all his spins or something is missing then offer something, I cannot believe how stingy you guys are there are so many messages about this promotion and each reply to the player is asking questions instead of finding a solution so we don’t feel ripped off. Just because you guys don’t know why this promotion has so many problems error messages and spins not registering or applied doesn’t mean you can blow us off by asking for more info I see posts on here with screenshots and dates explaining the situation only to get a reply the problem was escalated and you will be contacted once there is an update - what will the update do for the spins we didn’t play or receive? The spins for June 12-13 were added to all the players on June 14th, as well as to your account. On June 20th we had a maintenance, besides Last qualifying deposit was made on June 13th, which would make June 19th the 7th day of Prize Wheel.

Ok :joy: well then your math is off 7 days from the 14th would make the 7th day June 21st so again here I am explaining to you that I’m still missing 2 days of spins and one day the spins weren’t credited CLEARLY THIS PROMOTION HAS ISSUES WITH A LOT MORE PEOPLE THAN ME AND RATHER THAN ISSUING ME A BONUS FOR HAVING ISSUES MY LAST 3 DEPOSITS YOU WANT TO PLAY THE NUMBERS GAME WHICH STILL SHOWS I AM OWED SPINS I NEVER USED

  • SEE ATTACHED * For every spin we get, a message is sent to let us know the spins are ready … as you can see I received 5 messages my spins were ready I’m missing 2 messages because i couldn’t access the wheel on the last 2 days!!! The messages don’t lie - so stop trying to avoid giving me what I paid for it’s a complete waste of time and each time you reply without fixing this it only proves you aren’t accepting the fact that this promotion isn’t working properly and therefore anyone having this problem should automatically get an inconvenience bonus or free spins or reward points I made a qualifying deposit and received partial perks

All these steps and excuses for this promotion is so convoluted- add the full perks or make it right for people not getting 7 days of spins - what is so hard to understand if I’m making a deposit so I get 7 days of spins, then that’s what I should get, not 5 spins and if maintenance somehow threw the system off then give reward points for the maintenance inconvenience like Bovada did - I gave you dates and explained the problems and provided screen shots why ask for that stuff if you’re not going to fix it!!! Boycott the spin the wheel promotion - after 10 years here spending tens of thousands of dollars I find it laughable that you’d risk losing me as a player here and the friends I know that play here because the customer service skills are lacking to make sure the customer receives something they’re promised !!! Oh and another thing having anything under 10 spins be a slot on that wheel further let’s me know your casino made those slots on the wheel so the player will get less on this promotion instead of more spins - lame marketing - treat players better if it weren’t for us you wouldn’t have a job!!

I figured I better start now asking for my wheel to activate. It’s been 4 hours since my deposit. I will try back soon but this is what happens that people are upset about. I may not get another chance today to take my spins and they will be lost for no fault of my own. If you offer a something it should be a easy and promt as deposits go into your bank. It’s always something we did or didn’t do and it’s a shame. Thank you
