  • Log out and log in again;
  • Try incognito browser;
  • Clear browsing data;
  • Try a different browser;
  • Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
  • Check the device if its in roaming mode.

Still not working today. Same as yesterday. I wasn’t going to deposit on this site because of this very reason but wanted to give it one more shot and see if the bugs were worked out. You shouldn’t offer a service if it’s not reliable. That will be my last deposit on this site

Hi Mods can I get some assistance please. I have never had an issue with the prze wheel before but today it shows up like its ready to spin but when i try to spin it i get an error at the bottom. Can i please get my spins or some help please.

@moderators I’m still waiting for my missed days of spins which never was resolved I got 5 messages my spins are ready when I should have 7 messages to total 7 days of spins

And spins I won which were never credited to my account which was acknowledged on the message I received and attached here - I continue to hear they are working on it but nothing has been fixed or credited!

Never mind you have no clue about all the problems this promo has and no intention of making things right with missing spins and spins that were won and not credited this has happened to me the last 3 deposits, this promo is lame why should we pay for something that doesn’t deliver 100% of the time so go back to the beginning of June until now I’ve had problems since then and no one has fixed it, look at all the posts about this promo this isn’t an isolated incident, it’s happen ending to a lot of players and all you do is ask if the steps to get your promo working properly have been done. All the things have been done and it’s still malfunctioning, THE PROBLEM IS ON YOUR END not the players so instead of having a dismissive attitude why don’t you guys pull the promo or give the players a little bonus when your promo rips people off - read all the posts and fix it!!!

Hi please reset the prizewheel. I made a deposit and it is not orange for go!

Also if the marketing team is going over prizewheel problems and compensating…maybe someone can acknowledge the prizewheel didnt work for me for the first two weeks of the promotion. And it was escalated. Yes it began to work finally but i never got to spin the wheel for 2 weeks!
