Hello, I just started playing a couple weeks ago and I tried signing up for the Bitcoin exclusive membership so I could get the free spins and I’ve tried spinning the wheel several different times and it won’t let me. It keeps telling me I’m not a member and I click the button again to sign up. I have deposited several hundred dollars and still haven’t gotten any free spins on the wheel. How do I fix this?

Any reason why this is telling me I’m not eligible for the wheel??? Ive been crypto exclusive for years now so that shouldn’t be the reason. I made a qualifying deposit at 12:34 am est and Ive waited the 4 hours for a computer system to do something that literally takes nano seconds for it to complete. Ive tried both of my devices, cleared the cache on both, tried incognito mode on both and yet here I sit, spinless and irritated. I just dont understand why this is so wildly inconsistent and why the lengthy wait times for a computer to perform an automated command? Why arent these spins just attached to our deposits like a deposit bonus is…the system is notified by the blockchain that Ive made a legit deposit with crypto and then my funds are INSTANTLY released (for the majority of the time) and I’m free to donate it all back to the site then. No waiting 4 hours for my money to show up, no clearing cache is necessary. Even when a deposit bonus has free spins or rewards points attached to it, those will show up immediately when my funds are confirmed. Why on earth wouldn’t the same system be used for this promo??? It would save ALL of us so much time and effort. I wouldn’t have to spend all this time before work typing out crap like this and you guys wouldn’t have to read a novel about this stupid wheel every freaking day. It seems like whoever brought this promo to life either just flat out doesn’t give 2 s#!%s about a single one of their customers or they are on an intellectual level with a small child. Its mind numbingly frustrating.
Can you please look into why I don’t have access to the wheel??? Im not blaming any of you mods for the debacle that is this promo but since I cannot talk to the geniuses that control these promos, I have to vent my frustrations to you. I do not envy your jobs, not even a little bit. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Have been using the wheel for weeks, but suddenly this week after $100 deposit it says that I am not “currently eligible” for the prize wheel. Moderators can you please advise?

Hi there, we’re not seeing any issues on our end at this moment, we’ll check with the promotions team, however, first can you please try following troubleshooting steps:
- Please run a speed test (speedtest.net);
- Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data);
- Log out and log in again;
- Try incognito browser;
- Clear browsing data;
- Try a different browser;
- Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
- Check the device if its in roaming mode.
