I have tried at least 5 or 6 times to sign up. I definitely do. Am I already signed up? I was told by customer service that I was on the chat.

Finally heard back from CS team, their amazing āresolutionā was to tell me that if more than 24 hours passed from deposit and the wheel isnāt functioning that it is too late to fix it and to essentially get bent.
Honestly, that was the last straw for me, working through the chat right now to have my account deleted. This site used to be fun and actually care about its players, but one by one they have been stripping away all benefits and player appreciation (see points store, no more weekly spins/points, ridiculous raise to bonus rollover requirements) to the point that there is no longer any reason to play here.
There are too many other options out there to continue depositing to a site that is actively telling its players they donāt matter. Best of luck to all those who choose to stay and thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

so i have been fighting with customer service for over a week now. I guessw im just screwed out of my use of the wheel is that right? i have spent so long in trying to get my daily spin and i just get the same thing regurgitated over and over about troubleshooting steps and give them 24 to 48 hours and no i am not entiteled to a free chip since i missed out on days and spent my time trying to rectify this. After all this am i just screwed? I said in an earlier post that this thing was the worst idea ever and i stick by that statement but now your just adding insult to injury by not even letting me use the wheel 1 time after my 75.00 qualifying deposit.
I believe this was handled by CS.

I have had the issue escalated about not receiving my dailywheel spin on the 3rd and the 7th of July 2023. And I get a generic message about how the wheel works. I know how the wheel is supposed to work but it isnāt as u say because Iām contacting yal everytime it fails if u would look at transaction history u can see that the bonus was closed on these days without receiving them. And itās not from a lack of trying. I know why itās only once in a 24 hour period and not once every new day. This is the scam to hopefully have somone not keep a eye on the exact 24hr start and stop timeframe to receive the spin. I saying this as I fully understand how the āscam wheelā oh my bad lol . āDaily price wheelā works and I still am owed 2 spins from this week. And for once it would be great to not only get 3x that wins nothing from it or the 0x I get a lot
Iām having the same issue as others on here with the wheel never turning to orange. Iāve already been escalated this time already but have zero faith that it will be resolved.
Last time this happened, I was escalated twice before receiving a message after 7 days saying the wheel wasnāt working because I needed to make a new qualifying deposit. Since after 7 days, the wheel is no longer available. Well DUH!!! The fact that I spun the wheel ZERO times didnāt seem to be clear enough for them. Do they even look at the issue at hand? Or just assume Iām an idiot?
The marketing team needs to be held accountable for their dishonesty and incompetence. And for goodness sakes, donāt insult me by sending a message after 7 days (not 24-48 hours as promised) saying the wheel wouldnāt work for me because itās only available for 7 days.

Iāve tried contacting customer service multiple times about the prize wheel and was finally told last week that Iām part of the crypto exclusive program and I made a deposit yesterday for over $30 and still have no prize wheel. It says right on the page that the prize wheel should be available within 2 hours of making a deposit. Customer service told me it would take 24 hours to appear and it still hasnāt. I lost my spin on the wheel yesterday and now itās still not there. Is there anything you can to in order to resolve this?

Both of these have been escalated.
I made a deposit for over $30 on Saturday July 8 and still have no prize wheel. That means I have missed the chance of spins for two days and today will be 3. I made a post on here and Iāve tried multiple times in chat to resolve this. Is it possible to get this resolved and get reimbursed for my spins for the past two days.

This was escalated earlier today, we donāt have any response as of yet.
When a problem is escalated, what does that even mean to you guys? Speaking from personal experience, escalation has done nothing to fix the problem.
So why are you guys allowed to keep using this as a response to a customers concerns, time and time again?
You might as well tell us you saw a pig flying outside and if we want to see it too, we should just wait until it flies by our house in 24-48 hours. But most likely 7 days
We are aware of your concern regarding your problems. When a problem is reported to us or customer care, we usually inspect your account and, if everything looks good, advise the next course of action by concluding the troubleshooting. We usually give an estimated timeframe, which may take less or longer than the timeframe based on the number of requests received, and each request is typically handled in the order that they are received when forwarded over to our techniques team. If the troubleshooting step doesnāt solve the problem.
I guess I will just keep waiting for the prize wheel
