Has anyone that was missing spins received any assistance yet? Its been 48 hours for me and I haven’t even received a response from any of the avenues I have tried contacting. What would make it necessary to have to wait and spend this much time trying to get the spins credited?

I have not even received a response or a timeframe in 48 hours. No response to my emails in which i provided screenshots. No response here. If you are calling it a rewards program, perks, vip, maybe you should actually treat it and customers like that. 24 hours should not be necessary to receive some free spins that can be added instantly.
