I am having the same issue as others. I spun the wheel over 3 hours ago and my spins have not been credited. It seems others have had this issue yesterday and even prior but I had no issues yesterday evening spinning the wheel/receiving my spins. Not sure why the delay today kinda disappointing.

Not a shocking turn of events, but I never got my free spins from Thursday 7/20 and now todayā€™s spins havenā€™t been credited after over two hours. It never takes that long so Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be having the same issue for the 2nd time this week. Iā€™m so tired of hearing ā€œthis has been escalatedā€. Itā€™s not difficult, they can be added manually. All that I know is this casino owes me at least 60 free spins.

@Hunglo187 can you please clarify the dates?

@christiankeo Can you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Please run a speed test (speedtest.net);
  • Try different networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data);
  • Log out and log in again;
  • Try incognito browser;
  • Clear browsing data;
  • Try a different browser;
  • Try a different device (ideally switch from mobile to desktop and the other way round);
  • Check the device if its in roaming mode.

Let me know how it goes.
