The 10k spins you are seeing is a visual error, which is being addressed
Now I don’t even trust that jackpots are real on here. It’s a visual error to make you keep playing the game and chasing it

And common sense would say that even if the 10000x isn’t supposed to be on ther and 1000x is max and then that slot represents 1000 and not 10 What the heck? I cannot believe this bogus response that’s screams cheat!

I will say again, there is an issue with the wheel.
We are aware of this is it being looked into.
The result if the spin is determined as soon as you hit the spin button, at which point the data gets logged, which of course we are able to see.
There is no 10000 win, the maximum is 1000 as you can see on the promotion page on the website.

@Arnie this is like playing reels and wheels XL and the jackpot spinner settles on the Vegas jackpot for 400k then you get paid out $35.00 for the prize of the Mini jackpot then you get told it’s a visual error. This is just really upsetting and I feel I should atleast be compensated for this error. I’ve spent 4 hours trying to resolve this issue and it sounds like I’m just screwed here

- hence the slot of showing a winning result pointed at 10000 is actually the 1000 spot Meaning it’s not 10 because the 10x spot is appearing on wheel opposite of the max spin - That’s simple enough don’t you agree?

im really getting sick off waiting all day for 3 spins on the wheel it should start at 10 at the lowest, i know its random blah blah blah, but but take the bull crap low numbers out of the whole DAD GUM equation seriously

@walter They address the spins for 10/16 which was never in question. 10/17 spins still haven’t been added. Over 48 hours!
What do you mean by addressed this? They were supposed to address this 4 days ago and still haven’t heard anything!
