Before they fixed the sign it originally said $30 minimum deposit to spin the wheel. So I’m sure many players were inquiring about that. It’s not the users fault you had a sign displaying the wrong information that’s the casinos fault and how you can’t even grant the players that were misinformed by that signs shows the level of customer service this site posses. The wheel obvious doesn’t pay much but it’s something and how you’re willing showed the initial photo that displays the wrong information(I sent it in the chat) and don’t even offer apology we were misformed and grant us the wheel spin for the miscommunication is completely unacceptable. If that’s the information that people received then it should be honored. It’s a very common standard business practice. To not take accountability for a mistake you made and misleading players shows the business standards this site posses. Completely unacceptable. Every player that was mislead by that sign before you finally fixed should of been compensated for the mistake and the fact no accountability was taking in the midst of that is utter nonsense.

Same here and complained many times. Its horrible and unacceptable . Plus I feel like $30 never does it. Usually takes $50 and its still sporadic at best

Upon reviewing your account, the last time you received it was on the 1st (yesterday). If the required deposit is made and the playthrough/rollover is completed, the scratch card should be added automatically.
