I made deposits and this was around 8am and still nothing. I also still cannot get a hold of anyone on customer service that is suppose to be 24/7 for technical support and help.

Is there any guidance on what to expect here? Do you expect this to be resolved today? I made a lightning deposit that didn’t post… Is the issue just with lightning? All crypto? All deposit methods? Are withdrawals working? Are some deposits going thru? I understand you can’t say exactly how this will resolve itself … but can you give a few details of what is / isn’t working? Otherwise should we just assume that the entire site is not functioning, and 100% completely unusable? Without clarification of some basic facts that’s really the only option … It’s reasonable to at the very least give details on what specifically is working, and what specifically is not working. Thanks in advance for whatever Information you can give…

This has been going on for hours. My deposit transfer was completed before 12PM eastern us time. Why is this taking so long? This is ridiculous!

Why is there no warning on the front page of the site about this problem? Or perhaps on the page where you actually make the deposit? I know I personally wouldn’t have made my deposit and I known it might not go through. Now I have been waiting 6+ hours as well, even though it was a known issue. Very frustrating.

@mods, why is there no update, or comment? This is sort of a big deal, deposits made but not credited with no guidance / status updates. And chat unavailable.What’s going on?

I find it extremely reckless to let people still deposit knowing there was an unresolved issue for at least 10 hours now. No update, yet still able to post on social media but nothing regarding the deposit problems. You would think good business practice would be to let people know of these issues on the actual site before letting people deposit. SMDH.

Total BS… worst customer service and experience I’ve had on this site or any other gambling site. No updates for your customers. No chat available and no updates where we definitely deserve one since people like me have been waiting over 8 hrs, and from i read, some longer. All we see you post is the same thing that’s been on this forum for many hours now… “technical issue and not to worry” We are past that. I want my money or an explanation. To be sure you are going to throw a massive bonus to all of us who have had our money held hostage by Cafe Casino… this is ridiculous that you have not sorted this by now.

I was having trouble making my crypto deposit tried again later it worked then I tried again it was down…… I was able to play the funds I loaded it didn’t do anything but give me glitching games and losses lol I’m starting to wonder if more than just the deposits are down I’m starting to think the gameplay is not working as it should.

I used a desposit match of up to $100. I sent $175, which would leave my balance at $275. Could you please pass that on to the poawers that be. It was only 12 hours ago that i made the deposit. Yep, 12 hours, and still nothing showing in my balance. Please let someone know so i don’t have to go through the unbelievably long chat process. Thanks
