Technical Issue Affecting Deposits

Is the problem resolved? Is everything working properly right now? And what’s the progress on crediting deposits that were made earlier today and didn’t post?

Why are we still having to wait for our deposit? It has been over 6 hours since my bitcoin deposit was completed and transfer was done. WTF??? Why will no one respond on chat? Nothing worse than sending money and being ignored. Ive played on here, Bovada and BVX for years. This is BS that I cant even get someone to explain what is going on

I made a deposit yesterday using Bitcoin and nothing has been added to the account.

My deposit isn’t Showing up on my account. I use bitcoin lightning, and it usually goes through instantly.

And I’ve tried six or seven times to get through to an agent and it’s not letting me through or connecting me with you one

Unfortunately, there’s no update or ETA on the deposit issue just yet. As soon as we have more information, we’ll be sure to share it.

They’re is no customer service!

Deposits from last night will be credited to accounts and adjustments will be made by the Payments Team, but it will take some time. :pray:

I still don’t have my money. I’m past the point of being pissed. In the meantime, how about credit my account with rewards points… this is bs… total bs…

I’ve reached out to customer service over 10 times and I still haven’t been connected to an agent not one time. This is going on 24 hours now

You don’t really need to speak to CS regarding any deposit that haven’t yet been credited, this will be done as a matter of course by the financial team, due to the high numbers however it may take a little while for them to credit all accounts.

Take a little while? It has been several hours since it was posted the issue was fixed. Why is it taking this long to get sorted?

I’m afraid I cannot give you an exact reason as to why as I don’t know their processes.
However I would imagine that they will firstly need to track all deposits that didn’t credit as they should have and then begin to manually go though and make adjustments as needed.
If it was a simple case of somebody pressing a few buttons and everyone got credited, then it would have happened already, so clearly it’s a lot more complex than that
