I finally got through on chat because i put my issue was bonus and not financial. They actually came through. They gave me a whopping $30 for the technical issue. I accepted⊠this was last night⊠tonight i finally got someone in chat, again after a few earlier attempts⊠clicked un bonus issue, and they couldnt give any answer on money back, told me the $30 Iâd previously received was all Iâd get in bonus⊠then told me hed get someone else to talk to me, never came back. Such a poor way to handle this. If it was a system error or whatever, doesnât matter. If they feel this entire BS ordeal is only worth $30, then they can tae ym stun
Theres other online casinos that would LOVE to have Cafe and its sisters sites LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Mine was BTC and tranfer was completed 2 days ago at 11:30 eastern US. I still havenât received it from Cafe Casino. I have emailed, went to chat and done everything possible, yet get no help at all from them. Iâm beyond pissed. Unfortunately there isnât a damn thing i can do about it. Holding my money hostage is beyond sorry as hell. I am just lucky my deposit wasnt more. I usually deposit adound 320 each time. This time i used the up to $100 bonus match and i put in $175. Even with just this amount, i am so pissed. Youâd think at the least they would give out at the least $100 bonus⊠this is beyond sorry as hell. I seriously will never deposit here again. Not because my money is held hostage, but how Iâve been treated after them still keeping my money.

whatâs insane is the fact that crypto has been going down alot and i dunno if we are going to be credited for a lower amount than what was sent, i donât think it should but , this crypto going down is no bueno.
i was told again today that itâs being worked on and should show up within 24-48 hr, and thats what i was told 2 days ago. ugh!!!
