I didn’t get my deposit but I got a ton of perk points. But every game is in 100% clawback mode so your luck may be noticeably absent

While I appreciate the bonus and perk points as mitigation, I didn’t enjoy the normal experience because so many games were off limits because I was using a bonus and perk points. All things considered I would rather just had my deposit back and been able to play any game. But I would say they did make a good faith attempt to remunerate for the time lost

Almost 48 hours since my last deposit, still no credit. Anyone elses deposirs getting cleared up yet?
SAME HER, the 24-7 customer support that’s advertised has not been online in at least 48 hours. It is very very far and in between I receive a message from a monitor and it is a generated message, not answering any of my questions.

Yeah I saw that but wondering about “might not work for everyone”, which implies that it is working for some people. Is it actually working for some and not for others? If so, what is the differentiating factor? Browser? Device?
Yeah, haven’t been able to use the prize wheel also for a couple days. The banner says it was intended to be a quick maintenance but still unable. Hoping for a real time line soon or for it to just be working again soon. Will we just be awarded multiple daily spins for the days we couldn’t use our spin once it’s back up and running?
