I reached out to customer service again this morning because the prize wheel is still not working — now going on day three without access. I was told (once again) to redo all the troubleshooting steps, which I did, and it made no difference. The issue is clearly not on the user side.

In addition, I have not received any of my Crypto Club bonuses or any other deposit bonuses. Every time I ask, I’m given the same generic response: “We’re working on it.” It’s now been almost a full week with zero updates, zero solutions, and very little compensation for the ongoing problems.

At this point, this is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing for loyal users.
We deserve transparency, real updates, and proper compensation — not endless canned responses.
Has anyone actually had these issues resolved? If not, it’s time they address this properly.

It has now been almost a week with no prize wheel. Talked to customer service yesterday and honestly have never been treated so bad in my life. I have been a very good customer and that is not how you treat your customers if you want to stay in business! Customers should be compensated everyday the prize wheel is not working…

Aw soon as the issues are resolved everything should return to normal, unfortunately we have no new updates at this time.

I’ve been without the prize wheel for three days. I was told that I would not miss out and yet I’ve been missing the possibility of spinning 500 000 perk points per spin per day. I want proper compensation. I spend a lot of money here and look forward to being able to spin the wheel. This is not ok.

This is truly disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t understand the need to go as far as having a banner to notify that this is a supposed “quick break for maintenance”. It’s been anything but that and nobody has any helpful or insightful answers. I’m very loyal to this casino above all others. I choose to spend my time and money here and throughout the years I’ve felt more under appreciated or under valued here than I’ve ever felt important or rewarded for my loyalty. Disappointing to see that we as an entire community here truly mean nothing. On the days I don’t make a deposit sometimes I count on my daily spin so I can relax and enjoy some slots. It’s what is promised and it’s getting old hearing you’re doing the best you can and for us to continue to be patient like there was even another option for everyone here missing out.

And how is “what is owed” determined?

If the prize wheel is a game of “chance”, how is it determined I receive 500 pts or 500000?

Are we going to be able to spin multiple times on the same day to recoup for the days missed?

Because every time I had an issue with the prize wheel, I was never able to “respin”? They would end up issuing me a bonus for the inconvenience…

Just trying to make sense of the information being provided because it just doesn’t add up based on prior experiences with this casino

Everyone that had scratch cards before going to need to make a new qualifying deposits to access it again.

I don’t understand what is taking so long…
Cafe have had their daily rewards undergoing ‘Quick Maintenance’ for over a week. There is nothing quick about it.
Frustrating for all!

Funny it says going through maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Never had an issue before getting weak rewards. It was perfectly fine getting 1500 every day . $1 a day. Whoever is the doing the maintenance better bust a money heist and make it rain 500,000 all day haha

The prize wheel has been down for at least a week. If this is what I call quick maintenance that’s crazy. I can see a day or two but not a week or longer. Until I know how much I’m going to be compensated I’ve decided not to deposit here anymore this is absolutely crazy, I really like playing here but this is getting ridiculous I want you called quick maintenance.
