Wondering if anyone else has waited hours for a deposit to credit
i have. i messaged @moderators hours ago, at the time i made crypto deposit and two hours passed sitll not in my account. That’s like 7 hours ago and still nothing, chat support is unavailable, this is complete BS and No-No. No accountability whatsoever
Thanks for replying. Mines been confirmed 26 times on the blockchain and still nothing. To make rhings worse, i tried to make a withdrawal earlier ajd got some bs message about my previous deposit needed to be confirmed before i could make a withdrawal. I got bored and ended up losing everything i won in the meantime. I miss bitstarz. Way more legit. Cashapp wont send to them though

Could be a while because it’s Sunday night and their tech teams that I assume are contracted probably have minimal staff right now. But they have fixed things quickly before so we’ll see. Hopefully they’ll compensate us for it though
