It’s really weird that they haven’t posted a banner message saying that people have been having problems with btc etc … I did successfully deposit btc lightning on a sister site though… but I haven’t tried here

And I can’t really remember a time when their customer service was down for so long… it’s even down on bvx (their private invite only vip site) which is crazy. And I have played a LOT over the years and I can remember entire sites being down and issues with deposits and withdrawals, and customer service being down for maintenance or whatever… but this is weird. I have over 30 million points across the sites to give you an idea of how much I have played lol

I deposited 6 hours ago with litecoin , and hasn’t registered to my account. If they were down for maintenance, a banner should have been on site so you wouldn’t deposit. This is poor customer service.

I did a crypto deposit 4 hours ago and it still hasn’t showed up and support is offline as well. Are they going under?

I made a deposit using cash app sent my bitcoin to my personal btc address from cafe and never received it pls help
